Step 1 - Lash Builder Mascara

Step 2 - Fiber Effects Texture Builder It’s just two steps, and it’s easy:

Step 1: Apply a generous coat of Lash Builder Mascara to both upper and lower lashes as desired. While Lash Mascara Builder is still moist:

Step 2: Apply one layer of Fiber Effects Texture Builder to lashes. Seal with a final coat of Lash Builder Mascara to keep fibers from flaking off. Repeat until you’ve reached your desired lash look.
