To Use: To avoid possible skin irritation, first test oils on a small patch of skin, the soles of your feet are the safest place to test. If no irritation or redness occur, rub a drop or two on any of the following places of the body:

- Abdomen
- Upper Back
- Neck
- Behind Ears
- Temples
- Crown of Head
Or drop and stir the desired amount of oil into a warm bath. Allow a minute for the oil to activate before entering the bath.
